Pastelarías Esperanza celebrates Mother's Day with the launch of a range of seasonal products made with ruby chocolate.

Chocolate fondue is usually matched with a variety of fresh fruit, marshmallows, to biscuits, but this one product is different. This pink chocolate fondue is delicious to be used as a dip of broccoli to boiled carrots. 

the seasonal Sakura Griot Pistache Parfait (¥3,500) is inspired by the spring season and features griot cherries, pistachio ice cream, griot cherry jelly, crumble cookie, ruby chocolate, an almond cookie layer, sakura blancmange and a light an airy espuma made from sakura champagne. To top it all off, the parfait is adorned with almond tuile cookies, ruby chocolate and a sprinkle of pistachios. Pair the dessert with one of two drinks, the Sakura Champagne Amaretto (¥1,430), or the Griot Sakura Milk (¥1,430), which can be made hot or iced. 

In Geneva, the pastry chef Costa offers all his delicacy and inventiveness in two new boutiques.  Sofia pastries, take their names and their pink girly universe from the childish world of Sofia. Its variations of madeleines, raspberry, covered with crunchy ruby chocolate, or in "all chocolate" version are the perfect examples: impossible to resist!
